After your placement you will have the chance to think about what you learned and how the experience links to your course work and future career plans. Your Work Experience Certificate Log Book/Log Book Plus or diary will help you remember what you did, what you enjoyed, what you didn’t enjoy, what you learned about health and safety and which work and key skills you developed. Talk to friends, parents/carers, brothers/sisters about your work experience placement – their questions will help you remember and think about what you have gained from the experience. You might have lessons to discuss your experiences with other students. This could happen in PHSE, English, Business Studies or even in Drama lessons.
